Apple Sauce Cookies

Apple Sauce Cookies

1/2 cup shorting 

1 cup sugar

1 egg 

2 cups flour

1/2 teaspoon cloves

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup applesauce

1 cup nuts

1 cup raisins 

Mix flour, cinnamon, net meg and salt together

Dissolve baking soda into applesauce

Alternate between applesauce and the flour mixture into the dough

Mix together

put on baking sheet 

preheat oven at 350 bake for 15 min
